Awesome Adventures Fiji’ is an experienced adventure tourism operator (a subsidiary of award winning South Sea Cruises). We offer an awesome line up of adventure packages and experiences for backpackers and alternative travellers throughout Fiji's stunning and remote Yasawa Islands. Our packages range from 1 - 11 nights and include accommodation, meals, transfers and a selection of awesome activities.
Here in Fiji we have worked with the local Fijians of the Yasawas to take you into their beautiful part of the world. This is the Fiji we all dream of – palm fringed beaches, crystal clear waters, friendly locals and sun!
The places you’ll stay are mostly owned and operated by the local Fijians, often the neighbouring village. The dollars spent by Awesome Adventures Fiji guests helps the local communities immeasurably – providing work, income for housing, schools and a better quality of life.
We are proud of our involvement here making such a stunning area accessible in a safe, easy manner for you and helping the Fijians meet traveller’s needs, to provide a great holiday experience. 'Paradise' - we know the word gets used pretty loosely but if it is appropriate for anywhere, it’s Fiji. There are over 300 islands set in crystal clear waters with palm fringed white sandy beaches, lagoons, coral reefs and idyllic places to stay.
Relaxation is big in Fiji but if you’re in the mood there are an incredible number of activities – white water rafting, trekking in rainforests, amazing snorkelling and diving, local villages to visit, surfing and even swimming with manta rays (seasonal).
'Bula' - you’ll hear it all the time – it epitomises the warm, friendly outgoing nature of the Fijian people.
THE YASAWA ISLANDS The remote Yasawa Islands group consists of a chain of 20 ancient volcanic islands, 4 of these islands have dramatic elevations with summits just short of 600 metres above sea level. The pristine white sandy beaches and dramatic monoliths surrounded by crystal clear lagoons provide a beautiful environment in which to relax or enjoy the many activities on offer.
THE MAMANUCA ISLANDS The Mamanuca Islands just off the coast from Denarau offer those beautiful crystal clear waters, palm fringed long sandy beaches and coral reefs that we all dream of. There are islands, villages and resorts plus fantastic snorkelling and swimming.
