Continuing on to north-west Tasmania, we reach Cradle Mountain National Park. This World Heritage Area is a rugged wilderness landscape, filled with magnificent mountains, lakes and rainforest. We spend over 4 hours in the National Park, where you can choose from plenty of easy or more challenging walks.
With amazing views of Cradle Mountain, we set off on the Dove Lake Walk, an easy, flat walk to suit everyone’s fitness level. Your passionate and knowledgeable Tassie guide will provide you with all of the interpretation that you need to appreciate this unique landscape.
From here, we adapt the day to suit you: enjoy Weindorfers Chalet, complete a short walk or three, or choose a more challenging walk to Marion’s Lookout or Hanson’s Peak. After a day of exploration, we return to your Launceston city accommodation.
