Setting: Beachfront bungalows near a quiet village on a beautiful island centered in Phang Nga Bay. Numerous excellent kayaking locations are within one hour by Fast Longtaill boat. Our Managing Director’s home village is walking distance and mountain bikes are available.

Lodging: Ta Khao Bungalows are first class, with real Western-style mattresses and toilets. Showers are cold water, but this is the Tropics. Each unit has a spacious lanai with top quality Thai-style easy chairs.
Access: One hour by Fast longtail boat from North East end of Phuket Island, ground transfer is 15 minutes from Phuket International Airport and 45 minutes form Patong. Phuket is served several times daily by Thai Airways, and enjoys direct long haul service by Thai Airways, and enjoys direct long haul service by manu carriers.

09:00 Depart by fast long tail for East Bay (Ao Por pier)
10:00 Arrival Gu Du Yai Islands; introductory Kayak training
10:30 Explore the islands by kayak.
12:30 Check in and have lunch at Tha Khao Bungalow.
15:30 Continue to explore the islands, stay until sunset if you wish.
18:00 Arrive at Ta Khao pier. Transfer to bungalows.
20:00 (or whenever) Fresh seafood dinner in spacious, well-built restaurant
Tuesday/Thursday/SundayDay 2 [b/l/d]07:30 Breakfast
09:30 Depart for Ta Khao pier. Circumnavigate Hong Yai (spectacular large lagoon which is home to mangrove forest an the chance to see many different types of wildlife) Picnic lunch whenever. Motor to more islands and explore them by kayak.
15:30 Take out and start to the pier.
16:30 Return to pier and transfer Tha Khao Bungalow.
Wednesday/Friday/MondayDay 3 [b/l/-]07:30 Breakfast
09:30 Depart for Ta Khao pier. Circumnavigate First Island
12:00 Hong (Krabi) Island, relax on white sandy beach or explore the island which is home to many types of birds including the great hornbill and white bellied sea eagle or snorkel with many tropical fish and a spectacular shallow reef (3m or 10 feet) ideal for even non experienced snorkelers. Picnic lunch whenever
15:30 Take out and start to the Ao Por pier.
16:30 Return to pier and transfer to your hotel.
Conditions:
