From Safari to Sea; this great 6 day camping tour follows an exciting route through Kenya’s rich wildlife-filled national parks before arriving at the warm Indian Ocean waters of beach resort Mombasa.

DAY 1, Nairobi, Amboseli
Departing Nairobi, we travel south towards Amboseli National Park, from where we may catch glimpses of snow-capped Mt Kilimanjaro across the border in Tanzania. We set up camp and enjoy our first night under the African sky.

DAY 2, Amboseli National Park
Today we rise early and embark on an exciting game drive across the park while it is cool and the wildlife at their most active. With Kilimanjaro as our backdrop we may spot zebra, buffalo, giraffe, lion and birdlife as well as some of the huge tusked elephants for which the park is famous.

We relax in the heat of the day before more game driving as the sun sets, and dinner back at our camp.

DAYS 3 - 4, Tsavo West National Park
We leave after breakfast for Tsavo West National Park. We visit the Chyulu Hills and the Mzima Springs - favourite haunts of both hippo and crocodile, which can be seen from an underwater observation chamber if time permits. The park is rich in game and birdlife and is home to the Big 5. We camp and spend the next day enjoying further game drives.

DAY 5, Tsavo East National Park
We leave early and drive to Tsavo East. This park is also home to herds of huge elephants as well as a number of other game and fine scenery. We visit places such as Lugards Falls, Mudanda Rocks and Aruba Dam as we game view in the park.

DAY 6, Mombasa
We enjoy a final early morning game drive before heading to Mombasa. The city’s fine beaches are a perfect place to relax after the tour has finished on arrival at the hotel.
