One of the park rangers will show us around the area while discussing interesting topics, including the Dragon’s habits, the ecosystem and interesting facts about other local species.
After stopping for a drink at the Ranger’s Café, we will paddle north towards Nusapimpe Island, located off the coast of Rinca. We will stop for lunch on the way, with another opportunity to relax or snorkel, before embarking on a sunset paddle to a small mangrove island. Here we will witness an incredible sight as thousands of bats hunt for their evening meal. Finally, we will return to Nusapimpe Island where we will spend the night. (B,L,D)
Day 6: From Nusapimpe Island we will paddle for the first time along the Flores Coast as we head back to the Bajo Komodo Eco-Lodge.
